Montgomery Development Group recently completed the acquisition and renovation of this beautiful two-story building in downtown Spartanburg. The building, constructed in 1994, was most recently the home to H+K Gallery. The building has now been converted to an office space on the first floor and two luxury apartments on the second floor. Montgomery Development was proud to welcome Wyche Law Firm to the first floor space in the fall of 2019.
